We want to run all tests against latest available server release on every CD workflow. This will ensure latest SDK is always compatible with latest server version

I recommend getting the latest version via github releases.
https://github.com/resonatehq/resonate/releases/latest

This will create a dependency and we will need to release the server before we release the sdk when there are changes in the sdk that require server changes.
