Add support for explicitly configuring the Lambda Invoker AWS credentials, similar to snapshot repository

The partition snapshot configuration mechanism includes the ability to specify a separate AWS profile or explicitly provide credentials for use with an S3/S3-compatible object store.

For a consistent DX, the Lambda invoker should include similar overrides so that different creds and endpoints can be specified if needed.
