Do we need to review Alert "HighServerResponseTimeWestUS2-cosmos"? #632

Alert "HighServerResponseTimeWestUS2-cosmos" got triggered about 94 times from 3/22 - 3/28, since last threshold adjustment done on 3/19.

On the other hand Alert "HighClientResponseTimeWestUS2-cosmos" got triggered about 17 times in same date range after adjustment.

Do we need to do further research regarding WestUS2 region latency?
Do we need to adjust the alert threshold or total breaches ?
Or is the number of alerts triggered normal and acceptable ?
