Even though our typical guidance is to avoid legends, there are some exceptions.

Instead of x-axis labels, add a legend with the color codes. Try to have the legend line up with the boxes of the graph if you can, but at least have them in the correct order (strongly disagree on the left, strongly agree on the right)
Can we add code to have a vertical line where the divergence is? We don’t always use it, but sometimes we might want to
Make sure font color and size are accessible. The white on the orange doesn’t work. We also want the font to be at least 11pt
I would make the bar heights a lot shorter (thinner)
