The road to 1.0

All the planned changes are implemented on the dev branch. Here's how the transition to 1.0 will work:

• Create "legacy-0.x" branch.
• Merge dev branch to master, tag and release as 1.0.0beta-N.
• For several weeks anyone using the trunk will be a beta tester.
• Build with latest SQLite release.
• Tag and release 1.0.0.

1.0 is a major release with breaking changes! A lot of code is completely new or has been rewritten from scratch. Read about the changes here.

There is no specific timetable. Watch this post and thread for relevant updates.

wa-sqlite v1.0.0 is released. Most of the changes were merged to the trunk six weeks ago. No bugs in the library were reported (some packaging and demo bugs were found), which could be because things are pretty stable or because not many people have tried it. In either case, I'm calling it done.
