Buildless branch to be obsolete

UPDATE 2023-04-21: The master branch now contains artifacts in dist/; buildless branch will not receive further updates.

The breaking-changes branch has pre-built WASM artifacts checked in to the source tree. Once that branch is merged to the trunk, the buildless branch will no longer be needed and will not be further maintained. Anyone currently using buildless should switch to the default branch post-merge.

Note that breaking-changes does include some incompatible API updates that may affect existing application code. Follow the descriptions of these changes and the merge ETA in the branch thread (please post any follow-up messages there).
