It is a template that is based on HTML/CSS/Jquery which allows you to easily add a Ted-ED style wrapper for the video. You can also install the Display Comments Shortcode plugin (https://github.com/rienamba/display-comments-shortcode) if you want to incorporate comments to the Learning Wrapper
