Isian di form dan tampilan setelah di simpan berbeda, apa saya ada salah setting?

Intinya perbedaan nya di form yang berbentuk dropdown, contohnya pendidikan terakhir, di gambar kedua saya memilih S1 namun ketika sudah disimpan hasilnya Diploma (Gambar 1). Begitu pula untuk form Agama, Jenis Kelamin, Status Nikah, Golongan Darah, dan Pekerjaan.
