Currently the only way to fin the CoC is to scroll down to the footbar of the website.

How can we make the CoC more visible? What about also adding a section in the About menu?

good point.

How about

maybe move the COC documents to the content/about/coc/ directory?
then we also need to make sure the footer points to that section, and that there is a menu item for it.
