Plus catalogue audible.es scanning not working

Libation Libation 11.1 on Windows.

It won't scan (hence nor download) any of the titles of the Audible.es plus catalogue I have added to my library.

The account is well setup and connects smoothly but, it will just not get any titles when i click on Import > Scan library

I did all of your steps before emailing you though. I am noticing something very curious right now since I just emailed you:

This is my library:

'The Sandman' was the first title i added to it and that i tried to scan with Libation a couple of days ago. But never worked.

OK, so after I emailed you, i added 'Star Wars' title and tried again with Libation. It did not work either.

But, right now, I went to Libation checking and see it there:

But, it just shows this second title. Not 'the sandman' which it was in my library for a couple of days now.

And, it took quite a long to appear 'star wars' too, comparing to when i try to add from another account i have but on audible.com (not plus catalogue titles, but credit titles), that they get scanned straight away.

Log is complety empty

OK, now i just downloaded 'star wars' to get a Log content:

Sorry, I was unclear. In Libation > Settings, on the first tab in the lower right there's the button to open the folder which contains your log. Could you do that and attach the latest log zip file to this ticket?

Thank you for the log. How strange; it looks like all 3 sandman parts were downloaded to C:\Users\carlo\Libation\Books. As far as not showing in Libation: did they get accidentally removed? If so they would show up here: Libation > Settings > Trash Bin
