Title.

I should be able to see the output of the transcription process in realtime, especially now considering its running 10x faster.

Also, display of the transcription should not be blocked until the summary is complete.

This requires a complete redoing of the video ingestion pipeline and I don't believe is currently justified as opposed to redoing the pipeline for the upcoming API.
