How to run stack handler overnight

Hi All,
I am in EST time zone, so I am thinking I want to start stack handler around the time of the Asian market open around 8pm. Then, I'd like it to continue through the European session (starting around 4am), and continue through the US session, ending at 5pm. So, should I set up my private_control_config like this?

Yes that should do what you want as long as the stack handler process is started before 20:00, such as through crontab.
