Segmentation fault (core dumped) #1
Comments
How much RAM does your computer have and how many images are in the folder?
|
Please use SemAutoAnnot.py instead of SemAutoAnnotNew.py if you only need the bounding box masks |
Hi, |
I also tried the SemAutoAnnot.py and have the exact same problem there |
Please try it out for less number of images..say for example 50 or 100 and let me know if it shows the same error again. |
I tried it out with 100 and 5 (the example brain images) and still have the Segmentation fault |
Hi, It worked perfectly well in my personal computer. I'm not sure what the exact issue is in your computer. Please try running it in some other computer to check if the problem still persists. Thank you. |
Hello,
I am executing the SemAutoAnnotNew.py and using my already resized dataset. As soon as the first image appears, I can draw the bounding box and press 'y'. Immedeatly afterwards, the program crashes with the error message "Segmentation fault (core dumped)". Any idea what could cause this?
Thanks!
