User not subscribing

Hi, my user is being shown on the OneSignal dashboard under total users, but not under subscribed users, what could be wrong?

How do I use the plug in to subscribe the user?

@delanick Under All User on the OneSignal dashboard it should show the reason why the device is not subscribed. It also provides a tooltip on some causes for most reasons.

@jkasten2 Thank you, appreciated. I see now what the error is.

I have another problem: Each time my device makes contact with OneSignal after reinstalling the app, it is listed as another device/another user - with a new UUID. This is inaccurate reporting surely, as well as problematic. How do I know which instance is the live one that is currently to be used to target that user?
