Create a new official fork to keep RMStore up to date

It seems that @hpique is not available anymore. That's why I think this project should be taken over by a group of core contributors
There are many pull requests and forks with fixes and improvements to make a new release that would suit everyone.

I suggest that somebody should create a fork (under something like RMSrore-NEW/RMStore or something) and add a few admins to the project and start integrating the fixes and improvements.
