在这个平台做can的稳定性测试发现如下问题

在上述commit前后做对比测试。发现 net: can: rockchip: support rk3568 can v2之后can数据解析丢包变严重。下图使用candump分析发现的问题，下图y轴表示同一个can ID的相邻数据时间间隔，单位ms
数据收到的时间间隔不均匀。但是数据是完整的没有丢包的数据。
