Live wallpaper is not filling the whole screen

Describe the bug
Every some time the wallpaper is not filling the whole screen, this already happen for like 2 months.

To Reproduce
Obviously no clue on how this happened, sometimes it happens, sometimes it's not. One thing for sure is that i can fix this by restart the lively wallpaper, but of course that's troublesome.

Expected behavior
I thought it will be perma fixed after i restart the lively wallpaper, but sometimes it will go like that again, and therefore i need to restart lively wallpaper again.
