ar clq doe not work with some versions o binutils #12

Compilation failed for me with:

ar clq libThreeProb_3.20.a EarthDensity.o BargerPropagator.o mosc.o mosc3.o FullSMEPropagator.o py_wrapper.o
ar: libdeps specified more than once
make: *** [Makefile:37: libThreeProb_3.20.a] Error 1

Changing to ar cq seems to fix this for me, but I don't know if it's a general solution.
