Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We want to load dynamically content items in the Admin app from Content BB. However in web HTTP GET methods do not work with POST body. The API that currently exists: https://api-dev.rokwire.illinois.edu/content/doc/ui/index.html#/Admin/get_admin_content_items

Describe the solution you'd like
Please provide API for the Admin app which is a HTTP POST request so that we can load the content items in web.

Update 2024/07/02
Since we aim to implement the Illinois app for the web platform, please provide this API for the Client as well.
