[Bug] 500 error when trying to refresh single or multiple titles

Describe the bug
Refreshing from admin/context menu causes a 500 error with postgres database

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Enable Multi-Select
2. Click on one rom title (or more)
3. Click on the 'rescan' eyeglass option in the lower right
4. See error 500

Expected behavior
Scan/Refresh of selected roms

This issue has been already tackled by #1569, and will get fixed in the next release!
