This is more related to the examples section of sheldon. It shows how to install oh-my-zsh using it. And I was just wondering if there is actually any use case of doing so, since you can already add plugins to oh-my-zsh.
And a more general question about sheldon: is the goal of the program to download and load shell plugins instead of relying on some (potentially) bigger meta framework that might include features that one is not interested in?
