Please have Cofi either count DOWN the timer or make it an option. A count up timer is unintuitive.

Haven't thought about it this way. Most, is not all, coffee timers (at least those that are built-in in scales/kettles) count up.
Counting down should be an easy option to make, I'll explore it, but it could make implementing #142 a little bit harder
