This python dependancy is causing the make install part of the build to fail on ubuntu 21.04, with python3.9.

Solution:
Not known. I tried to update requirements file, and bump dependency version to 2.6.2...
2.6.2
snowflake-connector-python==2.6.2
However this did not work, and lead to an entirely different error message.
