Digest Email

Right now, the digest signup is just a way to collect email addresses. It should be implemented to calculate the new activity since the last time an email was sent.

Some ideas of things to feature in this digest email:

• News / Recent Posts
• Tutorials (new and updated)
• Videos/Presentations/Slides
• Count of New Comments
• Count of New Users (and their role, availability to help on project?)
• New Libraries

As a member of the site, I can sign up to receive a weekly digest email of activity on the site, so that I can stay connected to the community.

As a member, when I post something to the site, I receive an email immediately after someone makes a comment on my post, regardless of my digest subscription.

As a member who has made a comment on a post, I receive an email immediately after someone else makes a comment on the post.
