Digest emails are blank when there are no new posts #69

Currently the digest email is appearing blank:

When there are no new posts, there should be some text saying something like:

Recent Posts

No new posts have been added since the last email. Click here to add a post to RubyGameDev.com

@sandrely26 @KarenVentura would you like to work on this?
