Remove final uses of run_process #4627

run_process has been replaced by run_process_2 except in these places:

Then we should:

  • Rename run_process_2 to run_process, and alias run_process_2 to run_process.
  • Update downstream repos to use run_process.
  • Remove run_process_2 alias.
