feat: add new design of our team section

ℹ️ We recommend updating the styling of existing components, otherwise you can add extra components if there is a need.

• You need to implement the card and the layout as per the screen size

• You also need to handle the tags in an efficient way: founder maintainer

  • The data is already fetched and you just need to update the existing components and adjust the layout
  • Present system uses GitHub API, for which you refer to official docs (for complete response data).

Any changes to the above design are welcome. Please feel free to share your thoughts, and we will discuss them thoroughly.
