Is it possible to filter proc macro expansions out of workspace symbol results?

I'm using workspace symbols to navigate through my code but find myself overwhelmed with all the different types and methods produced by various different proc macros. Is there a way to filter these out through an option like rust-analyzer.workspace.symbol.search.kind?

It's not. Filtering it coarse grained via a config like that doesn't seem to useful either though I do see there being a problem here.
