Current MKL update procedure is following:
mkl-*.tar.zst
intel-mkl-tool
However, I have no macOS machine, and procedure 1 is hard for me.

@termoshtt I've created macOs packages with step 1. There are 8 package, each about 170MB. How can we get these uploaded to s3?
