can you please update, the rand and rand_distr versions in ndarray_rand?

I'm not super familiar with ndarray-rand - is there a new feature or something in the version bump? In other words, what's the impetus for the version bump?

rand is a common interface crate so it makes sense for us to update to support the latest version. The awkward ndarray-rand exists exactly so that we can bump rand version without making a breaking change to ndarray (only ndarray-rand).
