We should have some form of module system for erlog

Yes, I have been thinking of this. As I see it there are two alternatives: either take the from the prolog standard or one from SWI. I am leaning towards the first as the goal was to make a standard prolog, but it does not seem to be a common version.

I think the question is do we want erlog to be more like SWI Prolog, or ISO Prolog, my gut says SWI, but I think its up for debate
