This was tested on latest stable rimworld version (1.4.3074), and current workshop mp version.
When creating a caravan (either by the host or the client) with manually selected travel supplies (automatic selection works as intended), the client tries to group all packaged survival meals in a single stack, if the number of survival meals selected is >10 the game throws an error, since that exceeds stack limit, and the client desyncs.
From my quick testing, seems to only be caused by packaged survival meals, as other foods (even those with a stack limit of 10) and medicines weren't affected, but I haven't tried everything.
