In a multiplayer game with "multi-factions" and "async time" mode, the children in the non-host player's colony have their growth tier stuck at zero.
It seems that the only solution so far is to use the dev mod to manually give skills to the children once they've grown, but this breaks the immersion a little.
I can send you logs (or whatever) if needed!

I have the same issue. However, it only seems to affect some of the children; not all of them. And apparently it can start working again after a growth moment.
