Since rituals (and soon also psychic rituals) require Prepatcher, I feel we should include a warning that rituals won't work if Prepatcher is not currently active. The warning should (preferably) be easily visible/hard to miss and easy to understand.
One idea I've had was to include a warning symbol similar to the error symbol we have if there were errors during Multiplayer loading. This would be easily visible, however it may not be easy to understand why it is there.
Another idea would be to include a warning when hosting. Possibly a completely new window. It could include an icon, possibly a big "!", to make it obvious that there may be something wrong. It should include a description on what's going on, as well as buttons to open workshop/github links to download Prepatcher. It would be easily visible/hard to miss, but may just end up being skipped by players just blindly skipping through it.
The last idea I have would be to include it in the same place that we currently have a note that 1.5 version is in testing phase, possibly with an included link for Prepatcher download. It would most likely be easy to understand, but would be rather easy to miss (especially by players who are used to hosting the game and just doing it the same way out of habit, not looking through the window).
Any thoughts?
