Dangerous, make sure it only works on clean repos. Then at least people can review the fix.

You could extend the diagnostic trait with a trait Fixable to implement this.

Broken Wikilinks: create the page. If it's similar to something that already exists SimilarFilenames will catch it.
RelatesWithParagraph - create the relation
RelatesWithListItem - create the relation
RelatesWithListItemDescendant - create the relation
RelatesToNotFound - delete the relation
