More Global Hot Keys

[[ignoe this; I found the answer... crtl+space]]Suddenly, unintentionally when I Crtl+~ to open the clipboard and double-click an item to paste, paste does not occur and the clipboard does not close. Instead, this remains open ... and I have to "X"it to close the the clipboard display. I cannot find an obvious option regarding this. What did I do to make that occur and how do I prevent it?

2] How can I add more Global Hot Keys? Seems like with Alt+, Win+, Ctrl+, Shift+, and the whole alphabet and "F" keys, Ditto could provide many more. The user of course would be responsible for not creating and/or resolving inter-application conflicts.
