Create a theme for those wishing to keep the pre v1.6.0 look and feel

Would love to see this happen and I'd be happy to contribute, but I'm not familiar with the plyr codebase at all, any pointers on what needs to be done to add back the pre 1.6 themes?

I did make a start but I think it's going to require some changes to the controls markup to accomodate it because of the left and right groupings. I'll take another look shortly. It'll have to be a new set of styles + a JS flag for the different controls markup I think.
