Description

Hello, Could you please consider making it work on iOS 13 or later?
ExportSession is currently designed to work with iOS 17 and above.

Request And Changes

Implements SerialExcutor instead of using SampleWriter's DispatchSerialQueue. (Supported iOS 13 above)

I'm not interested in iOS 13 support myself since my apps only run on recent versions, but if it's not obtrusive to add support then I'm happy to accept patches.
