It's owned by someone else. Why not use projecthydra.org?

👍 We're already using http://projecthydra.org/ns/ in https://github.com/projecthydra/hydra-head/blob/master/hydra-access-controls/app/vocabularies/hydra/acl.rb#L2 so let's continue to do that.
