As developers we want to modify all of the current samples that originate from traction so that the id_sample_lims is the sample name so that they do not clash with existing samples in the table so they don't break iRODs

Acceptance criteria
To be considered successful the solution must allow:

• Any samples that originate from traction will have an id_sample_lims that is equivalent to the sample name in traction
• The id_sample_lims in the sample table will be unique
