This looks like a very nice project!!

I see that you have an pancake stepper setup yourself displayed in the attaced picture.

Coud you share your used hardware?
Whicht stepper did you use and what are your Vref settings for this stepper?
Do you have full bed and heigth available in the option in the picture?
