Financial hardship tickets are a policy of satRdays.

There is no current note of this on the website ticket section.

Recommendation to website change is to include a new paragraph in the section with a link and a call to action.

The call to action should be to self certify when hitting the sublink as a T&C

Ideally this does not hit a human in the communications and vetting process.
