Socket connects but ERROR: unknown command

running Liquidsoap 2.2.4-1+dev
On ubuntu linux
Python 3.12.3

I am running a radioreference feed and when running the command below:

I see the socket open when I run my script

message = 'request.queue_0.push {0}\r'.format(filepath)
print("message: {0}".format(message))
sock.sendall(message.encode())

ERROR: unknown command, type "help" to get a list of commands.
received "Connection timed
closing socket

What is radioreference feed?
Could you please provide more details about the API and how you plan to interact with it?

The API is brodcastify.com. My understanding is that it uses icecast.
