Update Problem #157

I have SignalK server 2.8.3 running on a Victron Cerbo GX large.

I update the signalk-venus-plugin from 1.37.0 to 1.41.0 and it says installed, but reverts to the old version with a restart of the server.

This also happens with signalk-n2kais-to-nmea0183 updating from 1.4.0 to 1.4.1.

What am I missing?
