Tried to follow the README tutorial.
Starting the reducer container fails.
docker-compose -f config/reducer-dev.yaml -f config/private-network.yaml up
yields a 255 exit code;

reducer_1  | Failed to read config from settings file, exiting.
reducer_1  | [Errno 2] No such file or directory: './config/settings-reducer.yaml'
