Remove the dependency between image and snapshot when creating a VM image.

Description

The image is created from a snapshot.
As a result, the two are linked, and it's impossible to delete the snapshot, which takes up more space than necessary.

We could create the image directly from the instance, which would keep only the image without other dependency.
