Hello,

I hope you are doing well! I recently came across your project on GitHub, and I’m very impressed with your work on perturbation prediction.

I noticed that the data/my_data/pseudo_rna.pickle file of judges_prizes_helpers.py is missing from the repository, which is needed for running the code. If it’s not too much trouble, could you please share the file or let me know how I can access it? I would greatly appreciate your help!

Thank you for your time and for sharing this valuable resource.

Hi, thanks a lot for the kind words!

Here you have the data https://zenodo.org/records/10617221 (this is explained in the readme.md file of the repo). It contains the logFC using LIMMA.

Hope it helps
