The ability to filter RSS feed for specific items would be great.
So you can add different mangas and only the new chapters of those Mangas would be downloaded and saved in the db.
This could be done on a global, or on a user specific level.

This is something I wanted for quite some time, I'll have a lookm what I can do here :)
