What problem is solved by the new feature
We can decide if we really want to see the preview from an image, in places like schools or work spaces it could help

Describe the feature
It's like a setting option or maybe a simple and direct button

Drafts

Additional context
Nothing else

This might indeed be a problem I have not thought about yet. Have you already experienced this? I am not sure how to approach this though.

Apples AirDrop detects NSFW content via a neural network and blurs it optionally. This is not feasible for PairDrop though but it's possible to blur incoming images or switch off thumbnail creation under certain conditions of course.

I'm resistant to introduce new user settings as this further complicates the app which needs to be as easy as it gets.

Maybe an incoming image is simply always blurred (if not from a paired device?) and to unblur it users need to tap a button like show image which then changes to blur image?
I'm unsure if that's straight forward but it might solve your issue.
