Seeking maintainers #248
Comments
Hi Will thank you for the great work, I would be interested in participating. Specially if we can release the current repo faster, as I find CVwrapper to work properly when installing from it and not when installing release 2.2.2 . |
Thank you, @wdm0006 |
Haven't been in touch with the project for quite a while but would like to appoint a new maintainer if there is interest (@PaulWestenthanner, @nassimtaleb or @nxorable), let me know if you'd like to. |
Hi Will, |
Sounds great, ill add you to the org. I'd like to do a release here soon but need to work out an issue with stale pypi accounts |
Thanks guys for getting this going again. If I had more time, I would love
to contribute, though my time is already spread too thinly

I don't mind joining if that's still actual. It looks like the project is in need indeed. |
Hi Valdimir, |
Hello all. First, thanks for checking out and participating in this project. I started it a few years ago and with the help of many got it into a pretty nice state. When I ran out of time to maintain it actively @janmotl took over the reins and built into what it is today.
Now with #247 in mind, I think it's time we grow the maintainer team and find some folks to lead category_encoders into it's next phase.
With that said, if you're interested in being a contributor, let me know.
-Will
